Our reception area features refreshments: cold water, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Plenty of seating for you, and your pets who think they get a chair too. Our plasma screen monitor constantly streams informative and entertaining content during your wait. We also have smiling receptionists!
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask one of our receptionists. There’s a lot of information about prescription and over-the-counter products available.
The consultation room is set up for several purposes. It’s a more comfortable, serene setting in which you can visit with your hospitalized patient or discuss treatment options with your Doctor. Sometimes, the whole family comes out to support your pet when they visit, and the consultation room is the largest of our exam rooms.
Each our three regular exam rooms feature an exam table, small scale for puppies or kittens, a computer terminal for easy access to your patient files, as well as seating for you and your guest.
Our treatment area is stocked with all the newest innovations as well as old standards. Non-surgical procedures are performed here. After surgery, patients are attended to while they recover here.
Radiology is fully equipped with state of the art digital radiograph equipment
We have many kennels available in our treatment area for recovery and hospitalization of patients. Some can be expanded to accommodate our larger patients, and some can be fitted with a special door, to create an oxygen therapy chamber.
Our Surgery suite remains sterile and ready to meet your surgical needs at any time. From Spays and Neuters to c-sections and complex orthopedic surgery, we can accommodate it all.
Boarding
We have cages available for boarding our avian patients. Your bird will likely be more comfortable in the cage he or she uses at home, but in the event that is not an option, we can provide lodging here at the hospital.
Our dog boarding area is climate controlled, and each 3′x6′ run is large enough to accommodate multiple pets, if need be. But our canine guests only spend part of the day here.
Our outdoor dog runs are made up of several large open spaces for your dogs to get their exercise. Each space is fenced off, and has concrete edges buried, to prevent diggers from escaping. Your dogs can spend as much time out here as the weather will allow.
Our feline boarders get their own cat condo, inside the climate-controlled hospital. Each module is 2.5×2.5 feet, and as long as space is available, up to four units can be opened to a single cat, providing plenty of room to move around.
In addition to the cat condos, feline boarders will be given an amount of time each day to freely roam the cat room. There’s a comfy couch to nap on, a scratching post with multiple platforms, and windows with a view of the outside.
